About the Event
We're returning to Sardinia and the island Sant'Antioco. We start early saluting the sun and continuing with yoga and chi kung until lunch. In the afternoons we explore the southwestern parts of Sardinia through hiking with our guide Måns. Just meeting Måns makes this retreat worthwhile, he lives here and is so full of knowledge and love for this island.
