Chi Kung

Infinite Tai Ji © is a unique form of the ancient Chinese Tai Ji tradition created by master Jason Chan more than 20 years ago to meet the needs of people in our modern world. Tai Ji is suitable for people of all ages and levels of exercise.


It helps to balance physical, emotional and vital systems through gentle but powerful flowing movements. It helps to calm the overactive mind, the emotions, while strengthening the physical body. During this Training we learn other Infinite Arts such as Chi Kung, Meditation and a soft flowing and energetic hatha yoga. After years of practicising you'll reach a wonderful state of Meditation in Movement. We highly recommend this rejuvenating Training for everyone!
